Within warranty period we offer repairs after inspection and provided it’s not damaged through your own use.

Please note: If the machine needs to be repaired during warranty period, the cost involved for collection and delivery is paid 50% by SkinSoft and balance is the clients responsibility
This is only the courier collection cost and courier delivery cost if the machine needs to be repaired or replaced within warranty period

All machines carry a 1 year warranty, some machines may carry a 2 year warranty

Out of warranty service or repairs are at an additional charge if required

We do offer spare parts for machines if required

We offer a price beat policy, if you find it at a better price, we will beat that price provided the item is brand new, carries a warranty & you provide valid proof or a valid Quotation or Invoice
